Gary Dove has been in the insurance industry since 1970 and has an extensive background in marketing from both the company side as well as retail side of the industry. During his career, Gary has been involved with various aspects of developing and marketing of association Programs, Alternative Funding Programs and Loss Sensitive/Self-Insured Programs. Retail agency experience includes sales and marketing of medium to large commercial risks with an emphasis on Workers’ Compensation. Prior to IPS, Gary served as Vice President of Sales and Management for a Florida TPA, specializing in Self-Insured Workers’ Compensation programs. Currently, Gary’s responsibilities include sales support to our agents, along with preliminary calls and presentations with agents and clients and also serves as the Marketing Director for operations in the Southeast.
