Richard J. Eichhorn, CPCU, ARM

President

Richard Eichhorn has been in the Property and Casualty insurance industry since 1959, where he has held various positions including Area President of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., St. Louis, a national broker. During his career, Mr. Eichhorn has served as Chairperson of numerous committees, which have addressed a broad range of subjects affecting the industry in general and the Excess & Surplus Lines Market specifically. He is a past President of the St. Louis Chapter of the Society of CPCU, has served as Director of the CPCU Products Liability Seminar, was a National Director of the Society of CPCU and has also received the ARM, Associate Risk Management Degree. Richard Eichhorn founded International Placement Service Incorporated in 1981. He has developed several programs during his years in the Excess & Surplus Lines Business, including the All Lines Aggregate Program, a Halfway House program, and a competitive Law Enforcement E & O Program, all of which have proved to be quite successful.
