IPSI's Public Officials liability policies offer comprehensive E&O coverage for all elected or appointed public officials and employees.
Governmental officials are vulnerable to a broad spectrum of liability claims including zoning law violations, employment practices issues and failure to issue licenses or permits.
We see a large variety of submissions covering a broad spectrum of exposures including:
- Cities, Towns & Counties
- Transit Authorities
- Public Utilities
- Appraisal Districts
- Irrigation Districts
Our Educational Errors & Omissions policies are designed to offer creative solutions to complex exposures unique to school boards.
Exposures include EPLI, mis-management of school funds, denial of tenure and failure to follow proper admissions procedures.

Both products have low minimum premiums, low minimum retentions, and pay on behalf wording including duty to defend. Full prior acts coverage as well as EPLI is available.
