  • Not-for-Profit D&O
  • Directors

Directors & Officers coverage is absolutely necessary for Non-Profit Organizations.

Not-for-Profit's have limited resources to protect their directors and officers or to fight expensive settlements or awards. By providing D&O coverage, you can give your client the security they need should a claim arise.

International Placement Services can help. We have a multitude of markets that provide very specialized coverages, including:

    • Duty to Defend Policy Form
    • Third Party Liability
    • Full Prior Acts Coverage
    • Punitive Damages
    • Defense Outside the Limit
    • Employment Practices Liability

  • Premium Financing
  • Why not simplify the process?

We can arrange in-house premium financing on most policies that you place through our office.

IPSI can include a quote of the deposit and monthly installment amounts under each policy that qualifies for our program. All you have to do is:

    • Have your insured sign the premium finance request.
    • Collect & remit the down payment.
    • Take your commission out up front.
    • Submit the executed agreement.

IPSI will do the rest. You will receive a copy of the completed finance agreement by our office and your insured will be billed each month for the installments due.

For additional information, please contact Michael Eichhorn, CPCU at 800-999-4774 (ext. 219) or e- mail at meichhorn@ipsico.com.
