Wade is a Certified Public accountant and has been in the insurance industry since 1982.

His current responsibilities as Department Head include the underwriting and marketing of Public Entity and School accounts, which include both first Dollar and Retention type programs.

In addition, Wade is primarily responsible for the underwriting, marketing and development of our "All Lines Aggregate Program."

Prior to joining IPSI, Wade worked for a managing general agent handling the credit risk analysis for a large insurance carrier specializing in Workers' Compensation and various financial insurance products, negotiating and communicating with retail brokers, CEOs, CFOs, bank officers and state regulators.

• Minimum SIR of $25,000 on all lines ($100,000 Work Comp SIR)
• Annual Aggregate Stop Loss over all coverages. (Allows the budgeting of the maximum annual cost)
